Tote Washers Any Users Are Made Able to Wash
Conveyorized Tote Washer (CTW-50) is developed with the main objective to efficiently meet the customer's requirements to wash, rinse, sanitize and dry their totes. This washer series can be entirely controlled or manipulated by the PLC via an 8" color touch screen. It has saved the medical equipment company with water costs by re-circulating the wash water, thus minimizing water consumption.

TW-100-C system can wash with an extraordinary rate which can ultimately eliminate the need and requirements of human efforts. With the help of TW-100-C tote washers any users are made able to wash 5-10 times more tanks and totes than before. Thus TW-100-C tote washers are becoming the most preferred washing system in the current market.
TW-500 washers are especially designed for washing the containers which are contaminated with proprietary resins and adhesives used in the automobile industry. It is built with a stainless steel/carbon, electrical rated (explosion proof) 460/60Hz tank and tote washers. TW-500 can house a very large open topped tank utilizing a reinforced skid to accommodate additional weights. TW-500 is specially designed custom sized washer heads could be lowered and raised hydraulically to provide added user friendliness for the tote washing operators.
With the help of this automated conveyor, the totes advance into an enclosed wash chamber where they are cleaned, rinsed, and sanitized before advancing to the last part of the chamber where they are dried by air knives tote washing. The cleaned and dried totes then move on to the exit conveyor for removal and reuse. The unit is constructed of corrosion resistant stainless steel for an added life span. The unit has also substantially cut time and labor costs as it has freed up 4 individual workers and allowed them to perform other important tote washing tasks within the company. This washing tool is going to be the most efficient washing systems in future.
The rinse cycle can either re circulate to a clean solvent tank, or draw from a clean solvent source and discharged to the dirty solvent tanks.

This stainless steel TW-500M washer had a custom aluminum hand held washer head and was an electrical rated tote washer. It has quick disconnected hose connection that the operator could connect to while washing a kettle. The dirty solvent and waste materials are pumped from a pump located on the SRS skid unit that is connected to each location where an operator will manually connect to the drain valve located on the kettle being washed. It will allow you the washing process more productive and provided many additional tote washer benefits.
The TW-100-C is a special type of tote washer which is built to hydraulically lift and load one tote per wash cycle. This washing process takes approximately few minutes from start to finish.

Currentally I have a product that uses a steel weight that comes out of Chryslar automobils. I am looking to redesign my mould and I need something to sufice for the weight. It is an aquarium sponge filter that needs weight to pull it to the bottom of the tank. Does anybody have any ideas about what else besides washers? I need something generic like a washer and sand is not heavy enough.
Try a nuts and bolt supplier, (yellow pages) you may have to use more than one washer to get the right weight, shim washers are available in various sizes and are a lot thinner than regular washers so they can be used two or three together to get the weight and thickness you need.
