DVI2USB DUO Records ATC Radars Data
Up-to-date ATC equipment meets all requirements concerning air traffic safety by the innovative use of the state-of-the-art technology. Transferring Data from STARS Equipment
Standard Terminal Automation Replacement System (STARS) provides controllers with important operational information related to flight data, aircraft positions, and weather. The system presents the information to air traffic controllers on high resolution color displays. It allows technical operations personnel to control and monitor system resources.DVI2USB DUO is capable of capturing any radar data from the STARS video output, compress it and transfer onto a computer where it can be saved or broadcasted over the network. Image capturing resolution up to 2048x2048 provides accurate recording weather and air traffic data. DVI2USB DUO can capture either single-link or dual-link DVI signals.
Image Capturing and Recording from ASR-11 Digital Airport Surveillance Radar

What to say to bestbuy to return radar detector?
I bought a radar detector from Bestbuy and I dont want it anymore since I have yet to see anycops radaring/lasering and there really is no need for it /want anymore. I only got it like 6 days ago but what can I say that will let me get my money back can i say i did not like the display or what?

14-day return period
We accept returns or exchanges 14 days from the original purchase on computers, monitors, notebook computers, projectors, camcorders, digital cameras, radar detectors and video games purchased as used.
Restocking fee
A restocking fee of 15% will be charged on opened notebook computers, projectors, camcorders, digital cameras, radar detectors, GPS navigation and in-car video systems unless defective or prohibited by law. A restocking fee of 25% will be charged on Special Order Products, including appliances unless defective or prohibited by law.
You're within the 14-day return policy, but if you opened and used the radar detector, you won't get a full refund because of the 15% fee.
Installing a Radar and Display
