I remember a news item about a small low-wing plane crashing into a window of the White House. The plane was actually captured on a security camera as it flew into the building.
As I remember, the first-floor window was for an unoccupied conference room. Nobody was hurt except the pilot, and the crash caused only minor damage to the White House.
For some strange reason, I can not locate this news item today.
